Even as New York begins to restart, the acts of kindness that have been making a difference during the pandemic continue.
Like one from Officer Monrad of the Rochester Police Department. He made a little boy named Thomas smile just by turning on his lights and sirens.
Thomas's mother said when he saw the officer roll by, he said, "this was a great day, I'm so happy."
The dynamic duo even got to snap a quick picture together!
