Arraignment is delayed for the Rochester woman charged with manslaughter in connection to a fatal stabbing Thursday evening.

Police say Breanna Kelly, 24, stabbed her boyfriend Kevin Hines, 31, then hit him with her car on Mazda Terrace around 6 p.m. Thursday. Hines was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators say they spotted Kelly running from a car on Clinton Avenue and took her into custody.

She was scheduled to be arraigned Friday, but police say Kelly had a medical issue that sent her to Strong Memorial Hospital, and the arraignment will have to be rescheduled.
