WELLSVILLE, N.Y. -- Andover resident Jude Wahl, 25, has been arrested and charged with forcible touching and disseminating indecent material to a minor for two incidents that happened July 2016 and early January, respectively.
Wahl was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child for the incidents, both of which took place on Pleasant Street in Wellsville.
He is being held on $7,500 bail, and is due back in court February 21.
