OLEAN, N.Y. -- The Olean boys basketball team is 25-0, top-ranked in New York's Class B, and packing for Glens Falls for the second time in three years.
On Friday, the Huskies will tip off against fellow unbeaten Hudson of Albany-area Section II.
"If we can play the defense we've been playing all year long, that has been our constant, I told the guys earlier in the season, if you can play great defense that we've been playing and have a type of night offensively that we can have, we are a dangerous team," said head coach Jeff Anastasia.
"Defense is nothing but heart. Anyone can play defense; you could take someone off the street and they could play 32 minutes of hard defense. Offense will come from hard defense, so we will try to do that," said senior guard Derek Schmidt.
