Olean police are looking for a person caught on film painting swastikas in Olean.

City police say they spotted the suspect on a video recorded after 9 p.m. Monday.

The person vandalized the U.S. military recruiter's office and the Olean Public Library.

The suspect also left the initials AWD, which the Southern Poverty Law Center says refers to a national white supremacist network based largely out of Florida.

They believe this suspect is working alone.
