ORLANDO, Fla. — A man attacked a worker and claimed to have an explosive device at the Orlando Greyhound bus station overnight.

It happened at about 1:30 a.m. at the Greyhound station on North John Young Parkway, Orlando Police said.

The man, whom they described as "mentally disturbed," battered an employee and said he had an explosive device, investigators said.

A police bomb squad was dispatched to the station.

The man was taken into custody.

No explosive device was found, police said. The business reopened at about 4 a.m.
