Gloversville police make an arrest after they say a man fired a gun in the street, and then hid inside a home.

Kyle Rodeo was taken into custody on Cedar Street. Police say they were called to the scene a little after 10:00 p.m. Friday for reports of a man firing a rifle.

They then located Rodeo inside a home, set up a perimeter, and eventually made the arrest with no one getting hurt. The rifle was recovered in the home.

Police say it's an assault weapon under New York law.

Two cars were found to have bullet holes in them.

Rodeo now faces multiple felony charges, including reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a weapon.
