After word that the old Nevele Resort and Spa was being rehabbed into a sports complex -- the property is now up for sale.

The 564 acre property is up for sale for $8 million.

The listing for the property outlines the grounds indoor and outdoor pools, a skating rink, 18 hole golf course and of course its proximity to the new casino.

In the listing it says the seller hopes to close on the property by the end of the year.

At the end of October, Wawarsing Town Supervisor said the owners have secured $313 million to make the sports complex possible.

At that point Officials had also said the sports complex was expected to be completed in 2020.
