Kids love riding their bikes, and letting them ride their bike to school can be good exercise and teach them some important life lessons.
“They get the exercise and they enjoy health lifestyles by using a bike as a means of transportation,” coach Will Ross said. “And [it] helps clear their head for a full day of school.”
As for safety, Ross says it’s important for kids to wear a helmet and make sure the bike is working properly.
