ROCHESTER, N.Y.-- Four men face charges after police said they tried to drive off from a scene where shots were fired.

Jabari Allen, 22, Chaunte Turner, 26, Eric Ruise, 26, and Marcus Mason, 27, all of Rochester, are charged with criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of stolen property.
