People in the town of Ovid are working to get back to normal after a massive fire destroyed many of the buildings on Main Street in January.
Right now, cleanup crews are working to remove all the debris.
More than 60 people were displaced by the fire, with many still working to get back on their feet.
The Ovid Fire Chief Tim Westlake says once the cleanup is finished, work will begin on bringing a grocery store back to the town. The town's only grocery store was destroyed in the fire.
The town is also working to upgrade its water system. About 450 firefighters from across southern Seneca County responded to the fire and water supply quickly became an issue. Crews slowed down as they waited for more water to be pumped in.
Police and fire officials say the source of the fire was isolated to a charging device and an electrical outlet in an upstairs apartment.
