HUDSON, N.Y. -- The man accused of shooting and killing a 19-year-old Sunday night in Hudson was apprehended and arraigned Monday.
Mohammad Morshed, 27, was charged with second degree murder in the shooting death of 19-year-old Inderly InStinfil. No bail was set Monday in Hudson City Court.
Police say InStinfil was shot in the neck Sunday night in a house on Fairview Avenue. He took a taxi to nearby Columbia Memorial Hospital, where he later died.
Morshed was located Monday morning, nearly an hour away in Kingston. He was apprehended by a group of officers, according to Hudson Police Chief Edward Moore.
