Before Sunday, June 11, it had not rained in Buffalo since May 20.
Before Saturday June 10, it had not rained in Rochester since May 20.
The Rochester airport had gone 20 straight days without any measurable rain. This was one of the longest stretches of rain-free weather in recorded history.
