Syracuse University athletic events at the Carrier Dome will be back to full capacity this fall.

The school announced Friday morning that there will be no capacity restrictions or social distancing requirements when games begin in the fall, while noting they planned to work with the state Department of Health and the Onondaga County Health Department on any necessary changes to guidelines.

Unvaccinated people will still be required to wear masks and show proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry. Masks will also be required on campus for unvaccinated people attending outdoor games.

"We encourage all those who have not been vaccinated to please do so for the health and safety of both you and your community," an SU statement read.
