Convicted kidnapper and rapist John Jamelske has been denied parole for a second time.
The so-called "dungeon master" kidnapped and enslaved five people, including children, keeping them for years in an underground bunker behind his home in DeWitt.
The 88-year-old has been serving 18-years-to-life since 2003.
Onondaga County District Attorney Bill Fitzpatrick said the board denied Jamelske's parole based off of victim impact statements and a letter he wrote.
