Baldwinsville Superintendent Jason Thomson in court Wednesday pleaded "not guilty" to driving while intoxicated.
The charge stems from an incident at the Baldwinsville's homecoming game on Oct. 7.
Police said Thomson was seen crowdsurfing at the game and students reported that he showed signs of intoxication.
Police said Thomson was pulled over for not using a turn signal.
Police performed a sobriety test, which they said he failed and he was then arrested.
His driver's license has been suspended and is due back in court on Nov. 16.
The school board placed Thomson on administrative leave and an acting superintendent has been put in place.
