Syracuse Police are looking for a man who allegedly hit an officer with car.

According to police, officers were on First North Street around 2 p.m. Tuesday to make a warrant arrest.

That's when they said Jonathan Sanford, 24, tried to get away, hitting a marked patrol car.

Then when officers try to get out, he tried to drive away again, this time hitting one in the leg.

Sanford is still wanted on the previous domestic-related warrant and now faces new charges including second degree assault.
