Broome County Executive Jason Garnar delivered his State of the County Address Thursday night.
In his speech, he highlighted the county's decreases in overdoses and unemployment, while also touting a lower property tax rate.
He also talked about major planned projects for this year.
Some of those are happening at the Greater Binghamton Airport, Grippen Park and the Veterans Resource Center.
This was Garnar's first State of the County since being reelected to a third term in 2024.
