Oswego County District Attorney Gregory Oakes said he has requested documents from New York Attorney General Letitia James involving a National Grid employee who claims Gov. Andrew Cuomo touched her inappropriately in 2017 during a conservation event at Salmon Fish Hatchery in Altmar.
Oakes said he would reach out to the woman and her legal team in hopes of learning more about the incident.
Cuomo has denied the allegations he acted inappropriately.
