Travel advisories remained in effect for Central New York this weekend.
The advisory was issued for both Onondaga and Cayuga counties.
Communities were blasted with snow on Saturday, with some even reaching about a foot of snow.
Officials say the travel advisory is a warning for hazardous driving conditions, which include a flash freeze and high winds.
In the meantime, they are urging drivers to drive slower, allow more time to reach their destination and completely clear your vehicles of snow and ice.
You should also move and slow down when approaching emergency vehicles or tow trucks.
