It's college application time for high school seniors, and those looking to apply to SUNY or CUNY schools can get a jump on the process.

Starting Monday, SUNY schools will begin waiving up to five application fees per student.

That will be in effect through Nov. 3.

Meanwhile, CUNY will be waiving application fees for all New Yorkers applying as a college freshmen from Nov. 4-15.

This is the second year in a row this is being offered.
