An earthquake occurred in the North Country a little after 2 p.m. on Sunday, with the United States Geological Survey saying it happened near Adams Center in Jefferson County.
The USGS says it was a 3.6-magnitude earthquake at a depth of around five miles.
While many in the North Country and Central New York felt the quake, Spectrum News 1 received reports of people feeling the earthquake from as far away as near Rochester and in Saratoga.
This is the second earthquake to strike the same area in the last few weeks.
The last one, a 2.6 magnitude earthquake, occurred on April 14.
