Another big event making its return this weekend: the Skaneateles Antique and Classic Boat Show.
It's the 43rd edition, after missing 2020 due to the pandemic. It features the "Pat II," an old mail boat that made the rounds on Skaneateles Lake for decades.
Volunteers at the Finger Lakes Boating Museum in Hammondsport worked hard to get the "Pat II" back in order.
"She's been through the mill. It's so wonderful to have her back in service, as a tour boat and now today, for the first time in a long time, she'll deliver mail," said Sarah Wiles, a former owner of the Pat II.
The show starts Thursday and runs through Sunday at Clift Park in the village.
There will also be live music Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
