New state guidelines will soon expand gathering restrictions, which is good news for the entertainment industry and personal gatherings alike.
Starting March 22, outdoor residential gatherings can expand to 25 people. Non-residential social gatherings will be allowed 100 people when indoors and 200 people outdoors.
Starting April 2, arts and entertainment venues are also getting the green light to reopen with 33% capacity or up to 100 indoors and 200 people outdoors.
The new state guidance says if all attendees present proof of a negative test prior to entry, capacity can increase to up to 150 people indoors and up to 500 people outdoors. Social distancing and face coverings will be required.
