Centro is changing its bus routes so students no longer gather at the downtown hub.
The decision comes on the heels of a large fight involving dozens of people at the hub.
A Centro spokesperson says the existing bus routes that go to Syracuse City Schools will now bypass the hub and take students directly to their school.
The existing routes require students to transfer at the Centro Transit Hub.
A Centro spokesperson says the changes were made "to reduce the convergence of high school students at our hub during the times in which they travel to and from school."
Centro partners with the school district to offer free transportation to students living within a mile and a half of their school.
