The man who pleaded guilty to killing two of his ex-co-workers at a DeWitt Chili's last year was back in court on Monday.

William Wood Jr. was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole earlier this year. Wood killed Stephen Gudknecht and Kristopher Hicks.

Sunday marked one year since the shooting.

In court, discussions about whether Wood will be relocating to a state facility in Onondaga County to be closer to his family and for better programs took place. The judge ruled that the U.S. Marshal's Office will have to decide.
