It looks like the show will go on for Woodstock 50, just not in New York.

According to Bloomberg, the music festival is relocating to Columbia, Maryland. It's scheduled for August 16-18 at Merriweather Post Pavilion.

The event is also now being pitched as a fundraiser for nonprofits devoted to voter turnout and climate change.

This comes after four failed attempts to hold the event in New York, once at Watkins Glen International and three times at Vernon Downs.

A spokesperson for the festival could not confirm or deny the report.
