The man charged with killing two people during a robbery at Chili's in Dewitt could face the death penalty.

William Wood was arraigned Friday in Syracuse in front of a federal judge. The indictment charged Wood with robbery and murder.

It also provided eight special findings, including the intentional killing of more than one person.

The potential maximum sentence Wood faces is the death penalty.

He's being held pending a trial before a senior United States District court judge.
