Kenny Chesney rocked the stage Thursday night at the St. Joseph's Lakeview Apmhitheater, drawing another large turnout in the venue's second concert of the season.
It came just days after the Dave Matthews Band concert, where many people missed the beginning of the show due to issues getting in and out of the Amp.
In response, Onondaga County officials came up with a new plan just in time for last night's concert.
And it seems that plan worked.
With parking still limited in the orange lot due to construction, many people are forced to use the brown and pink lots.
This time around, the pedestrian bridge was open for those who wanted to walk, and more shuttle buses were brought in to bring people up to the venue.
Parking lots also opened up a bit earlier, allowing people in at 3:30 p.m.
Many fans seem pleased with the improvements.
"It seems to be going pretty smooth. I heard some things the other night that weren't good. I wasn't here, but it seems to be, everybody's lining up and the buses are right there, ready to go," said Mary Ellen Steele.
The Amphitheater will be dark this weekend, but concerts pick back up next week, with Imagine Dragons on Monday and Poison on Wednesday night.
