A bus driver with the Jamesville-DeWitt School District has been arrested for allegedly slapping a special education student in the face.
Patricia Ansley, 52, is facing one count of child endangerment, and another charge of second-degree harassment following the incident last week.
The sheriff's office says Ansley slapped an 8-year-old in the parking lot of the OCM-BOCES in Liverpool.
This allegedly happened last Friday. She was arrested and charged on Monday.
Ansley drove for the J-D School District.
Spectrum News reached out to the administration, but they've declined to comment.
