A Taberg woman is accused of sexually assaulting a child she was babysitting.
Jean Marie Foster, 18, is charged with first-degree rape for assaulting a 12-year-old boy in the town of Floyd in February.
Foster was arraigned in town of Floyd Court and taken to Oneida County Jail on $25,000 bail.
The victim has been offered counseling services through the county's Child Advocacy Center.
