SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: A fire truck was fully engulfed in flames Friday morning just off the Thruway. The truck is not from a local department, but was on its way from Kansas City to Canada. The driver had mechanical problems near Liverpool and managed to get the truck to the toll booth. From there, crews worked quickly and effectively to prevent further damage or any injuries.
