The centerpiece of the Dairy Products Building during the New York State Fair has officially been unveiled.
The 55th annual Butter Sculpture highlights the important nutritional role dairy foods play in helping the brains, bones and bodies grow.
This year's theme is "Dairy Day Every Day a Healthy Way - Keeping Kids' Health on Track." The 800-pound sculpture was once again put together by Jim Victor and Marie Pelton of Pennsylvania.
It depicts a train being conducted by a cow carrying young passengers fueling up on dairy foods.
Victor and Pelton have put together every butter sculpture at the state fair since 2003.
