MEXICO, N.Y. -- Deputies are investigating a double fatal crash in the town of Mexico.
It happened before 6 p.m. Friday on Route 3 near Munger Hill Road.
Officials say a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck were involved.
Deputies say two Oswego residents in the pickup truck, Edward Boyzuck and Edith Knight, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured.
Route 3 was shut down in both directions for hours while crews investigated the crash.
