Nearly 80 students and six staff members will be required to quarantine after a Baldwinsville high schooler tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the district, 77 students and those staff members at C.W. Baker High School will be in isolation until about October 21.

The school starts a four-day weekend Friday, so pending further positive tests, the building will be open to students on Tuesday.

The Onondaga County Health Department will contact students and staff required to quarantine.
