New York Stem Cell Science awards support research into things like blood disorders, cancer, or the Zika virus. And it all started with a $600 million investment back in 2007. Monday, researchers gave lawmakers an update on some of the work they've been doing, and how it is impacting not only medicine but the state's economy.
