The "It’s A Utica Thing" food truck is back at the state fair for another year with a new selection in a new location.
The food truck is known for its local Italian favorites like greens, tomato pie, chicken riggies, and half moons for dessert. Now, this year you can get your fill with all those choices on one plate!
These selections have been popular for years in the Mohawk Valley, but many other parts of the state don’t always find as many options like this. The "Make It a Thing" combo plate is a delicious option found only at It's A Utica Thing.
The truck is located on Broadway near the Midway.
