At 76, Clifford Crandall Jr., is training for a body building event. He’s an accomplished martial artist who hopes to inspire other senior citizens to stay active.

Crandall will compete in the 2023 New York State Natural Amateur Open/Masters Pro Qualifier on Saturday, Nov. 4 in Syracuse.
