One in five American adults struggle with mental illness in any given year. That's according to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention.

Mental health conditions impact everyone, regardless of class, gender or race. But the barriers to necessary services and stigma around mental health makes it hard for men to reach out for help.

Join us Monday, October 14 at 1:30 p.m. as Spectrum News' Camalot Todd hosts special guests Mental Health Advocates (MHA) of Western New York and Just Tell One youth peer advocate Anthony Donalson along with MHA of WNY Executive Director Kenneth Houseknecht.

Anthony will share his battle with depression and addiction stemming from his time in foster care.
