Many of us will see mostly cloudy skies this evening with the exception of some lingering lake effect snow possible through the overnight. As a low pressure system treks along the coast colder but more seasonable air will usher in with temperatures in the upper 20s and low 30s.
Sunday looks to be slightly drier with some lingering flakes and winds picking up Sunday morning around 10-20 mph before calming back down by evening. Highs Sunday will be in the 30s once again. By late Sunday evening area wide snow will move in and linger into Monday with new snow accumulations around 1-3 inches possible. Monday is spent mostly dry with peaks of sunshine possible and highs in the mid to upper 30s.
Chances for snow showers return Tuesday into Wednesday before high pressure takes control for a drier end to the week.
Stay tuned for more weather on the 1s updates. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
