The rest of the evening will overall be dry across WNY. Overnight a few more showers, even some storms are possible - this with the passage of a cold front. During that time period, winds will pick up again and any saturated areas could see poor drainage flooding. It will turn cooler with lows falling into the upper 50s and low 60s.

Thursday will feel completely different than Wednesday. Temperatures in the early morning hours will start out below average. Throughout the afternoon, they will climb but are only expected to top out in the low 70s. There may be a few lingering showers southeast of Buffalo early on but everyone should dry out late in the day. We could even break out into some sunshine.

Mostly sunny skies are on tap for Friday and Saturday with temperatures still hanging tough in the low to mid 70s. It’s not until Sunday that temperatures get closer to 80 once again. It will stay dry with more sunshine.
