The once state-of-the-art South Ferry station will be back on track this summer.
It first launched in 2007, but closed in 2012 because of damage from Hurricane Sandy.
The MTA says 15 million gallons of salt water poured in to the station, damaging electrical and mechanical equipment.
After that, riders returned to using the "old" South Ferry stop, which is what is open now.
The MTA says it is testing the station's systems, and plans to re-launch the stop in June.
The restoration has a price tag of more than $340 million.
