GREECE, N.Y. -- There is more community support for the families of two Rochester area teens lost in a car crash last week.

Police say 19-year-old Zach Boyce was driving the car when it crashed head-on into another on Long Pond Road in Greece on Thursday.

He died at Strong Memorial Hospital from his injuries.

Boyce worked at Mr. Tire on West Ridge Road in Greece.

His former boss there has created a GoFundMe page to help pay funeral costs.

"I was devastated. Obviously there was that glimmer of hope for a little while that he was going to be able to survive, but once that faded, it was obviously very hard. Like losing a little brother, really," said Nick Snell, Boyce's former boss.

Hilton resident Bryssa Polatas, 18, died at the scene.

Her family also started a GoFundMe for donations to an art therapy program.

Four other people sustained non-life threatening injuries.
