ERIE COUNTY, N.Y.-- The Erie County Sheriff's Office is mourning the death of one of their former leaders.
They tell us that former Sheriff Michael Amico passed away sometime overnight.
Amico lead the Sheriff's Office from 1970 to 1976.
There's no word what caused Amico's death-- we're told his family will decide whether or not they'll release any further information.
