CLARENCE N.Y. — The Tri-Five Car crew celebrated its 40th and final car show in Clarence on Sunday.
More than 800 cars were on display, making this year's show one of the largest.
Car lovers drove up from the likes of Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida to take part. The show was open to anyone, from classic cars to modern hot rods.
While this year marks the final show, organizers hope to keep the tradition going on a smaller scale.
"We've gotten older. It's a tough job to put it on, so we're going to try to scale down a little bit and try and look for something else to do, all with the cars naturally, but some other venue, something that's a little bit easier," said Tri-Five Car Crew President Bob Regian.
A portion of the proceeds from the show benefit the Association for Research of Childhood Cancer.
