NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y.-- The charges against a Newfane teacher accused of inappropriate contact have been dismissed.
Salvatore Anello, 42, was arrested on a forcible touching charge back in January.
His attorney told us Saturday that after an investigation, the Niagara County District Attorney's Office has dropped the case.
On the same day Anello was charged, the Newfane Central School district sent a letter home to parents, saying a teacher was arrested.
An art teacher with the same name was listed on their website.
