It's the final weekend to celebrate summer before the kids go back to school.

So grab your car keys and some wet wipes and head to the National Buffalo Chicken Wing Festival.

There will be a new festival layout this year, a People's Choice Award, where festivalgoers can vote for their favorite wing, and 63 new wing recipes, including Maple Bacon Jalapeno, French Toast, Cajun Rum Butter Whiskey Apple Bourbon, Hot Dill Pickle, Hawaiian BBQ Pineapple Rum, Garlic Alfredo, Smoked Bourbon, Spicy Loganberry and more.

Breanna Fuss visited Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park on Friday for a preview of the two-day event and a look at the mouth-watering wings that will be available to try.

The 2024 National Buffalo Wing Festival will take place Aug. 31 and Sept. 1.

General admission tickets are $20, VIP tickets are $75 and kids 8 and under are free. Tickets are available at the gate and online.
