BUFFALO, N.Y. — If you look outside, you're bound to see spring in bloom. But thanks to the pandemic, the Buffalo Cherry Blossom Festival will remain virtual this year.

This year features digital blooming with behind-the-scenes video of blooms in the garden, a Lockhouse cocktail demonstration, Japanese music and a virtual basket raffle.

The digital program, hosted by the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy, the Buffalo History Museum, Friends of the Japanese Garden and Music is Art starts Monday and runs until Sunday.

Organizers hope the entire community can enjoy peak blooms from the comfort and safety of their own homes.
