BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo has a storied past, and now you can learn how the city intersected with the nation's top leaders, all just by heading downtown.

The Buffalo Presidential Center opened for the first time Saturday at the Buffalo and Erie County Central Library.

It's a collection highlighting some the nation's leaders from 1813 to today.

There are some 10,000 Buffalo-related presidential and political artifacts.

There's also a timeline featuring more than 140 presidential visits to Western New York, from William Henry Harrison to Donald Trump.

You can check out the 1,700 square foot space from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day.
