BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Sabres released their schedule for the 2021-22 season on Thursday.

The Sabres will open the season October 14 at home against the Montreal Canadiens.

Highlights of the schedule include a four-game homestand to begin the season, and a multi-week break in February to accommodate for the 2022 Winter Olympics.

The Sabres hold the first pick in tomorrow’s NHL Draft.

NHL Free Agency begins next Wednesday, July 28 at noon.
